This graphic is inspired by the idea of fate vs. free will. We at UAV spent considerable time grappling with this concept, unsure of whether we and everyone around us are products of our surroundings and upbringings, or made conscious decisions when we came of age to become who we are. Obviously, we know the argument isn’t plain black and white, fuckface, but it is interesting to analyze past behaviors and decisions and whether they were shaped by ideas and forces outside of our knowledge or control.

This paves the way for our graphic, the idea that decisions that we make “independently” are finite and not fully in our control. Every day we make decisions that seem trivial at the time but may have serious or impactful consequences.
